What do you need for your first lesson?
We recommend comfortable sportswear that allows you to move freely. Be sure to have a change of shoes like crocs. In the cold season, it is better to take a jacket to keep warm while resting, and also take a bottle of water and a good mood, although we do provide water at the cooler for your convenience.
Do I need special equipment?
For the first visits, you only need regular sports clothes and a change of shoes. You can rent climbing shoes from us. Additionally, it's essential to have a chalk bag to prevent your hands from slipping on the holds. During your first beginner's lesson, the instructor will provide a chalk bag. Subsequently, you can purchase this equipment from us at the climbing gym.
Don't worry, give us a call and sign up for your first lesson. If it's more convenient, feel free to come with a friend. Don't delay experiencing something you can do now. Rock climbing might just become your new favorite hobby.
